I attended a “Be your own Interior Designer” workshop which was run by Elena and found the whole day an enlightening experience. I did not think I was capable of pulling a room together but following Elena’s advice and taking part in her interactive workshops, I found that I could transform my home. Her advice is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this course.
I was very much impressed and inspired by the workshop. It is amazing how a one day workshop can give a real insight in the understanding of our own house and give the clear picture of what would be the best ways to transform it into personal paradise. The puzzling issues of colour and style were presented in comprehensive and clear way. The workshop opens imagination to all sorts of creative ideas providing with the clues which of them more suitable to you as an individual and how it works for your family. It is full of practical advice, including information about where to buy good quality stuff and how to change your house completely without throwing away the furniture you inherited from your 1960′s hipster granny. And, the time spent on the workshop was very enjoyable and flew very fast. Lots of inspiration and fun.
Elena – Art Consultant
The event was well organised and extremely useful. Elena gave us an accessible introduction to all the major features of interior design. This was all handled professionally, yet in a very friendly manner. There were many tips and pointers as well as useful guidance on how to avoid costly mistakes when undertaking projects at home. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone considering work at home, be it a simple room decoration or a more substantial remodeling project. What impressed me most is that it was a genuinely useful activity without being a shameless sales pitch. Elena gave me sufficient confidence in mine and her own ability that I would be very happy to work with her as and when I am next brave enough to set about projects at home.
